I am a micro macrame artist I hand knot jewelry and accessories with colorful, tiny cords, and incorporate other materials in my pieces to make it more contemporary. My pieces range from classy and elegant to everyday wear, and I often work with custom orders. It is different from regular jewelry as its main component are cords, and glass beads which allow those with metal sensitivities to wear it with no problems. My earrings are also extremely light weight so those who love larger earrings can do so without the added strain on their lobes. In addition I also write tutorials for those who wish to learn. I am sharing is my David Bowie tribute wrap bracelet in black and silver which I designed myself.

I am an illustrator and visual artist from Chile and I sell my illustrations here.
For now I have a lot of notebooks/sketchbooks for sale. Printed and handmade ones. I hope within time I can upload more products.
What makes my notebooks specials? I thinks it is that the handmade ones are painted directly on the covers, so when you buy one, you are also buying an original painting. I also try to paint a lot of local fauna, so people can learn to identify them, and as most of the buyers here are from the United States, I have a few birds from there.

Valerie Brown from FirepanJewellery says:

I love color, so the Pantone list is right up my alley! I had an opportunity to turn the kiln on and now have new enameled earrings inspired by the 2016 colors! This is a fun pair I made by combining two colors of enamel, resulting in “Rose quartz + Serenity” earrings. This is a fun and easy way to bring the new color trends into your wardrobe!

VeeVee from VeeVeesCreations says:

These flowers are a personal favorite. I created this flower to represent spring and Easter. I used high quality lavender and sea-foam green jump rings to create the flower.

When I finished this flower, I knew that it would be a perfect gift for my own mother. She has always loved spring and lavender is one of her favorite colors. When my nieces saw this necklace, they all wanted one. It is a necklace that can be loved by woman of all ages.

Nancy Duncan from EponasCrystals says:

I seem to be fascinated with pink at the moment. Although I don’t wear much pink myself, I find my self drawn to it. I made this bracelet with rose-pink nylon cord and pink pearls and Swarovski crystals. Very feminine and dainty.

Marjorie Scenna from mscenna says:

This colorful flower ornament and sun catcher features bright and fun colors like you might find in a spring garden or rainbow!

I began this ornament with the fun flower, a recycled clip-on earring. Looking at the colors, I quickly saw a rainbow of colors which made me think of spring flowers and rainbows, of course. The strand of colorful beads are a recycled and vintage mix with fun shapes and textures.

This would be a colorful accent for a window but wouldn’t it be a great accent in a garden too?

Corkycrafts from Corkycrafts says:

I keep this creation in my shop during wedding season, it’s a great alternative for floral and small enough the flower girl can walk down the aisle with. I made these for mistletoe at Christmas time and now presenting for wedding season.

Dawn Whitehand from DeeDeeDeesigns says:

New for March : this set of nesting bowls are handmade from clay using the pinching method giving them a beautiful textured rustic appearance. They are ideal for condiments, trinkets and candles – so versatile!

Annie from DesignedbyAnneliese says:

I made these lovely metallic envelopes with wedding season in mind! I love the colours and patterns on them. Apart from weddings, they can also be used for gift cards, money envelopes, snail mail, planner pockets…

Debbie Gilbert from License2Craft says:

Having a full shop and selection of hot/cold therapy wraps & packs for all parts of the body, I realized and had several inquires about children’s packs. How did I miss this?

So, starting this month I have begun to start carrying packs with children especially in mind. It goes without saying that with children there will be bumps, bruises, skinned knees & elbows, fever, tummy aches and plan old “growing pains!” These Boo-Boo packs are all designed with fun, recognizable fabric patterns and sized just right for their tiny hands. They will want to use them…because they are just “so darned cute!” Making them a perfect gift for a new mom or to have on hand when the grand kids come to visit. These packs would also make a perfect children’s party favor.

Be prepared by keeping one in the freezer, and one on hand to pop in the microwave on a moments notice. You will be “the hero” with these packs for all their “Ouchies!”

Hi, I’m new here to Etsy and this Team. My name is Rebecca, and I started making masks about 2 months ago out of household scraps. This one was designed for St. Patrick’s Day and I chose this design and these colors because they were my Dad’s favorite colors, and he is deceased. Thank you.

In Estonia this winter has been very warm. We had some snow, but now it is gone. And some spring flowers are already flowering. So there is a little spring in the air already. And this set of earrings and necklace is also a little spring like with it´s pale green color palette.

I was at a Christmas show and a wonderful woman came up to me and asked me if I could make six infinity bracelets for her daughter’s bridesmaids. I chose 12 gauge sterling silver wire and started to work on it. This is the result. I lightly hammered the bracelet so that it really reflects the light. I also plan to offer add ons with it like a hammered fine silver heart and/or an initial charm. Right now I am happy with it as is. I am drawn to simple designs and this bracelet fits with my aesthetic.

Since almost the first day of my voyage in creating digital products, I’ve liked colorful things and especially patterns such as swirls and squares. I’m not a huge fan of chevron, I will admit it.

These swirls and squares papers remind me of all things spring and Easter, and with all the super frigid cold we have had in Ohio and all the snow, I am definitely ready for spring.

The pastel colors in this pack of papers make them good for almost any occasion including spring, Easter, new baby, get well cards, and more. Check out my shop for similar items!

Lin Collette from rhodyart says

It’s a small collage, 3×3 inches on a canvas board and is designed to fit nicely on a desk, shelf, or any kind of niche. It comes with its own little easel too.

I am owned by 2 cats, Junior and Maggie, and so my shop does feature the occasional cat themed item. The cat on this piece (a reproduction of Victorian scrap) resembles Junior and since Junior is king of the house he wears a crown to befit that status.

Junior is not just content with his fame in my building (he’s a rescue from the street, has been in my life for 7 years, and is very very friendly) but he wants someone to do a reality show about his life. I’m afraid the show would be quite boring as he sleeps much of the day, but he doesn’t believe me and says lots goes on when I’m not there or when I’m sleeping.

It’s pink because I love pink. The items are quite basic, a button, scrap, and a fabric rose. I made it because A. I love cats; B. cat items sell in my shop; C. I love cats. By the way, the paper background is imported Indian paper I got from a local art shop.

I opened my shop last summer to help pay for my new barn. We’re downsizing and my loss is your gain. These 2 items need a loving home they came off the family barn when we had to tear it down due to sagging roof and age.

This is the first product I have listed in my store with this particular glaze. I don’t know why because I actually LOVE this glaze!

This cup is wheelthrown and fired to stoneware temperature making it oven, dishwasher and microwave safe. Being stoneware it also has great thermal properties to keep your tea, coffee, coup or hot chocolate warm. The matching spoon rest/tea bag holder can also double as a lid if you need to leave your hot beverage – making it great for the workplace.

I have other colours in my store, so feel free to convo me if you would prefer a different finish.

Treasury Challenge Winner March – Timelesspeonywedding

Contributor post by Alicia of AliciasFindings

On Etsy many shop owners curate treasuries. A treasury is a curated shop gallery comprised of 16 items from any shop. Most of the time they are done by theme, color or anything you can imagine.

The ChristmasInJuly team has challenges to create treasuries centered on themes of our choosing. We then pick a winner based on views, creativity and the like.

The March winner is Sherry Belbot of Timelesspeonywedding.

Sherry has a love affair with vintage, especially wedding couture.

How did you get your start on etsy?

Have you ever collected something that you loved and had to quit because you ran out of room ? Opening my Etsy shop has given me the opportunity to keep my collection of vintage around me but yet share them at the same time! I have always wanted to try my hand at an on line shop and Etsy was the answer. It was a venue that offered opportunities for vintage. I love my vintage shops here on Etsy.

What got you interested in not only vintage, but wedding attire?

I got what I call the vintage “bug” when my husband and I would go for drives and we ran into these small places with signs in their yards “antiques for sale”. We would stop and of course pick up something that we could not live without! My husband’s was old radios and mine was linens and jewelry. I think if a piece of costume jewelry or a beautiful piece of linen could talk, we would certainly know a lot more about our past.

As far as loving weddings, I had the opportunity to own my own bridal shop and I loved every minute of it. Now that I am retired, I am venturing into the vintage aspect of that and I love it. I always wanted to dig into the vintage side of bridal and I find it very rewarding. I have a lot of plans for Timelesspeonwedding. It will take me some time to get it to the shop I really want, but I am patient and I will survive!

It sounds like you are a very patient and creative soul. What craft calls your name?

If I could do a craft, I would love to design wedding gowns! I have been sewing all my life, I was actually taught by my grandmother who made my wedding gown. But, I would like to take my sewing to that next level and just look at a piece of material and design a gown from that aspect.

You have a target market for sure with your love of vintage wedding,so how do you market your shop?

I also belong to various teams on Etsy and promote my shop in that respect. I have business cards and hand them out to everyone who ask about my shop. I have a plan to have a booth at my local festival this year to help promote my shop.

What is your favorite season and why?

Spring Time is my favorite season!

a. Everything is new again – green grass, beautiful flowers, warm days/chilly nights. Sunny one day could be cloudy the next.

b. I chose the name timelesspeonywedding for my vintage wedding shop because vintage is timeless, the peony is my favorite flower and I love weddings.

Sherry takes you down the altar path, vintage style!

Come by and check out her timeless collection.
