As some team members may know, as part of this years Christmas in July event we are joining in a cross promotion with members of the Australian Wandarrah Team on Etsy. As two different Etsy teams we have many mutual members, and this is the third year we have teamed up for a cross promotion.
So, have a browse through some of these great shops, and remember they all have sales on in their shops specially for the event.
Here’s an introduction to some of the shops from Kelly of ColourscapeStudios, who is a member of the Christmas in July team and also a team leader of Australian Wandarrah ~~~ take it away Kelly!
My name is Kelly, and I’m the 2nd in command of the Australian Wandarrah team on Etsy. We are so thrilled to join forces with the Christmas in July team for the third year running to share some of the fantastic talent we have down here in the southern hemisphere! For those of you who don’t know us, we are Australia and New Zealand’s largest Etsy team and we are made up sellers of handmade, vintage and supplies, as well as Etsy shoppers.
Today I’d love to share with you just a taste of the amazing sellers we have taking part in this years event:
For the full list of our sellers discount offers, you can visit our team blog at www.australianwandarrah.com/blog
From all of us at the Wandarrah’s we hope you have a fantastic Etsy CIJ campaign in 2017!

This week is Anti-Poverty week in Australia and Etsy Australia is doing its part by partnering with Plan International to help support the Because I am a Girl Campaign.
“Anti-Poverty Week is a week where all Australians are encouraged to organize or take part in an activity aiming to highlight or overcome issues of poverty and hardship here in Australia or overseas. It was established in Australia as an expansion of the UN’s annual International Anti-Poverty Day on October 17. In 2015 Anti Poverty Week will be held from the 11th to the 17th of October.”
The main aims of Anti-Poverty Week are to:
– Strengthen public understanding of the causes and consequences of poverty and hardship around the world and in Australia; and
– Encourage research, discussion and action to address these problems, including action by individuals, communities, organisations and governments.
You can get involved by supporting our Australian Etsy Sellers and spread the word about the #Makeforgood Campaign! Christmas shopping never looked better
Our wonderful Etsy Artisans have created some amazing and beautiful pieces for #Makeforgood. Perhaps it is the inspiration of knowing that their product gives not only to the purchaser…but keeps on giving to help women and girls living in poverty in Cambodia!
These lovely jewellery pieces are a beautiful gift with meaning for someone special and a minimum of 20% of the sale price is donated to Plan International. What a wonderful way to empower Women and Girls with your Christmas shopping this year!
Or perhaps you love Home Decor. Here are some wonderful ways in which we can spread the love this year to help others!
Here are some delightful Christmas items that may inspire you this year.
