This snug, warming, and toasty shade is evocative of drinking a glass of Butterrum by a roaring fire on a cool autumn evening.

Members of the Etsy Christmas In July Team have been inspired by the color Butterrum! They have created items in their shops reflecting this inspiration! Here are a few!

Thank you for considering this two sided chip board door sign that has original art on both sides.

My horse themed lanyard is picture perfect on a butterum background. The butterum backdrop makes the color of each horse pop even more.

I have so many horse lovers as friends who love nature and life on the farm. Well when I found this print it seemed to fit right in with what my gal pals suggested trying to search for. So, off to the races we went with what has become one of my best selling lanyards thus far!

#CIJVacation – Florida Keys, Florida, USA With 3DesignDimensions

Contributor post by Michelle of EviesToolEmporium

Let’s take a vacation with Deborah Ruggiero from 3DesignDimensions

Florida Keys, Florida, USA

1. What is your favorite vacation destination and why? Where exactly in the world is it located?

I’m a landscape artist by trade, jewelry maker by hobby and avid, deep sea fisher “lady” enthusiast by sport! “One if by land 2 if by sea”! My favorite vacation is driving down to the Florida Keys, the southern-most part of this great country. The Keys are small islands surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Gulf of Mexico on the west. The quaint, laid-back atmosphere creates a year-round vacation setting, away from the hustle and bustle. The air is different and super clean thanks to the cross winds over the crystal clear waters surrounding the islands.

2.  What are several places everyone visiting this destination should see?

A ride on a glass bottom boat is a must for all visitors. It’s a fascinating view into another world with beautiful reefs, exotic looking fish and multi colored corals. The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory is a beautiful place to visit. The evening sunset party in Key West on Duval Street happens 365 eves a year and sets the mood for the evening till dawn festivities. Throughout the Keys are intriguing little boutiques and shipwreck shops but my favorite place is the Rain Barrel, a great spot comprised of a group of local artists showing their wares. I never miss it or leave empty handed!

3. What special customs, traditions, geography, nature etc. are intriguing about this destination?

The Florida Keys are known as the fishing capital of the world and there is always a fishing tournament going on someplace. Most of the Keys are still left wild with undeveloped area landscapes of native Florida trees and plants. Bird life is abundant and two of the rarest butterflies make the Keys their home. The vistas are beautiful as you cross the countless bridges and the endless sky is a beautiful clear blue. Diving or snorkeling John Pennekamp, Coral Reef State Park in Key Largo is a perfect place to swim among the fishes, down in Tavernier, Harry Harris Park is the perfect place to explore trails and fish for the illusive Bonefish…catch and release…naturally.

4. Where are the hot spots to eat and drink?

For the foodies, there really isn’t anyplace where the freshest fish is not served. For me, breakfast begins at “Harriet’s” for the best pile of pancakes ever. Some other places to eat and enjoy are “Snappers”, “Mrs. Mac’s Kitchen” and the “LoriLei”. The best part of the Keys is there is always a party going on if that’s what you’re looking for. Personally, coming from Miami Beach…the “25 / 7” party city, I love the relaxed atmosphere, delicious food and fabulous fishing.

5. Have you been to your favorite vacation destination more than once and will you visit again?

I’m always escaping to the Keys…close enough to go fishing for just the day! It’s the favorite spot of my entire family and we head down at least once a month. The natural beauty, relaxing atmosphere, fabulous food and fun-filled days keep us all going back for more!
