Contributor post by Alicia from AliciasFindings

There are so many ways to relax at home. There are low-cost and higher cost ways to do so.

You could use aromatherapy, meditation, reading, crafting, writing, feng shui, play some tunes and so much more.

CIJ Team wants to know what do you have in your shop that can help one relax at home.

Tami Wooliver  from HannaHerbals says this is my Zen Sleep Stick. Its made from organic oils, butters and essential oils. You rub the sleep stick on your temples, wrists and spine to help promote relaxation and sleep. This stick is a great product for children or adults. All the essential oils used are safe for children, 2 and older. Essential oils are great way relax and enjoy aromatherapy. I keep one with me all the time, and use it whenever I feel stressed.

Pam Colangelo  from PearlsVintagebyPam said snuggle up with the reverse side of this blanket. It is soft and warm, just the right size not to get tangled in the covers. Take a soothing and relaxing nap. It helps me.

Stock Lane Studio from StockLaneStudio states having a relaxing focal point always helps me. This calming photo of the fall foliage in Germany helps create a relaxing environment anywhere. Perfect for office or school walls . I captured this photo on an autumn walk in Germany’s Pfälzerwald, or Palatine Forest.
